A “woke” New York school board attorney hated the fact that our client had a state-certified religious exemption from elementary school vaccination mandates. So, the board attorney retaliated by calling Child Protective Services to investigate the mother for daring to exercise her state-authorized religious freedom rights!
Every knock on the door caused the family to tremble, not knowing whether the person on the other side was from CPS to take their child, Jasmine, away from them. The emotional toll on this family was intolerable.
Two new studies demonstrate that the faithful seeking religious accommodations from childhood vaccinations may be doing more to protect their children than they ever imagined.
The studies show that nearly 80% of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) occur within days of infant vaccination.
These studies give new importance to Liberty Counsel’s work in protecting religious exemptions.
The United States has one of the highest infant mortality rates in the entire industrialized world. Of the top 38 wealthiest countries, the U.S. ranks near the bottom — No. 33 for infant deaths. And the problem is getting worse, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
In 2022, U.S. infant mortality rates rose for the first time in decades, according to a study released by the CDC. Though the CDC report failed to offer any conclusive reasons why babies are inexplicably dying in the most developed country in the world, we have a few guesses — namely a new, untested technology forced on Americans and pregnant women by COVID shot pushers.
But COVID isn’t the only vaccine tied to infant deaths. And the U.S. has one of the highest childhood vaccination rates in the world.
Are childhood vaccines the cause of America’s infant death crisis?
A 2021 study along with a 2023 follow-up reexamining and reconfirming the first study reviewed infant death records from 1990 to 2019. The findings are chilling.
Jasmine and her mother, Maja, rely on faith for health and disease prevention. The Bible tells us that the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and that we should be careful how we care of that body. Many religious people like Jasmine and Maja take this admonition very seriously, refusing man-made vaccines.
And now scientists are demonstrating that there are real scientific reasons NOT to vaccinate, in addition to spiritual reasons.
Whether parents like Maja are aware of the scientific risks of vaccinations, and even in the unlikely absence of any risk, our Constitution guarantees Americans the right to practice their religion whether government bureaucrats agree with them or not.
For 36 years, Liberty Counsel has steadfastly defended that right.
The New York school board broke the law when they rejected Maja’s religious exemption, and sicked CPS on the family in retaliation for refusing to relinquish their rights.
Liberty Counsel sued the school board, and Maja’s daughter was finally able to return to school without violating the family’s faith. But we are only able to provide FREE top-notch legal defense to people like Jasmine and Maja because of your direct financial support.
ONLY your direct financial support allows us to defend life, religious liberty, and the natural family. We never charge our clients, because we understand that few could afford to fight the endless financial resources of government officials gone mad. Instead, our clients rely on YOU, the faithful Liberty Counsel supporter.
Without YOU, families like Jasmine’s would be forced to relinquish their religious freedom rights.
