Childhood gender “transition” services are being banned around the world almost as fast as these twisted and deeply dangerous medical experiments began.

But here in the U.S., taxpayers are being forced to foot the bill for these Frankenstein-like chemical castrations and mutilating surgical “sex changes.” That’s because ALL taxpayer-funded insurance — including Medicaid, Medicare, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and the Affordable Care Act — cover these dangerous medical experiments on children and adults.

Worse yet, in many states the one treatment shown to heal gender dysphoria — Christian change counseling — is banned, trapping confused young men and women in the multibillion-dollar surgical sex change industry’s highly profitable (and absurdly dangerous) sales funnel.

More than 100 cities and states have banned Christian change counseling. Liberty Counsel has managed to overturn 23 of those bans, freeing patients to seek and receive this lifesaving therapy. However, 87 bans remain on the books. The U.S. Supreme Court will take up the issue this fall in Chiles v. Salazar. After teeing up this case for High Court review, Liberty Counsel has already submitted one important brief to the Court and is in the midst of preparing another.

A Swedish study found that “Persons with transsexualism, after sex reassignment, have considerably higher risks for mortality, suicidal behavior, and psychiatric morbidity than the general population.” 

Another study reviewing the medical records of more than 90 million Americans found that “Patients who have undergone gender-affirming surgery are associated with a significantly elevated risk of suicide, highlighting the necessity for comprehensive post-procedure psychiatric support.” 

In fact, scores and scores of studies prove that “gender transitioning” is harmful to the patient. But the pro-child-sex-change industry has suppressed them. 

In the recent federal court case, Boe v. Marshall, litigators revealed that the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) had deliberately manipulated or hid data from any study that contradicted WPATH’s pro-child-sex-change agenda.  

WPATH’s deceitful data has been relied upon by every organization from the World Health Organization to Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services, and child “sex change” doctors like Miami’s self-proclaimed “Dr. Teetus Deleetus,” aka Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher, to promote their highly profitable chemical and surgical “gender transition” care. 

And that false data has been used to force YOU to pay for these sick medical experiments. That’s because taxpayer-funded insurance via Medicare, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and the Affordable Care Act, as well as Medicaid in most states, pays for chemical and surgical “sex changes.” 

Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) and Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) have teamed up to introduce S 977 and HR 2202, the “No Subsidies for Gender Transition Procedures Act.” 

If passed, this bill would permanently prevent all taxpayer-funded insurance programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and the Affordable Healthcare Act, from paying for ANY so-called “gender affirming care” aka chemical and surgical “sex changes.” Please take a moment RIGHT NOW to demand Congress END this abuse of taxpayer funds.
